Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers - Crossroads in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a friendly Host to warmly welcome guests and set the tone for a great dining experience. You will manage the waiting list, seat guests, and coordinate with servers to ensure smooth table turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with guest information and seating.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergens.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Manage waiting list and seating to maximize capacity and minimize wait times.
• Keep entrance area clean and inviting.
• Communicate wait times and updates to guests.
• Coordinate reservations and record relevant information.
• Escort guests to tables and inform about specials.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen for smooth turnover.
• Ensure tables are cleaned and prepared for next guests.
