Job summary

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers - Park West is seeking a Busser to maintain a clean, efficient dining area and support servers in a fast-paced environment. You will clear and reset tables, assist with dishwashing, and help keep the dining space welcoming and well-stocked.

The role requires a positive, guest-focused attitude, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a valid Food Handlers Certification. Training available for motivated individuals joining our team.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and friendly guest interactions.
• Excellent eye for cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced setting.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support colleagues as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Ability to learn and use restaurant POS software (Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity).

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Assist in dishwashing and keep dishes and utensils ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, and equipment; sanitize regularly.
• Support servers by refilling beverages and delivering orders as needed.
• Work with team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Provide friendly and attentive service and accommodate guest requests.
• Learn menu items and ingredients to offer accurate recommendations.
• Stock supplies like napkins, condiments, and utensils for service hours.
