Job summary

R365hire is seeking a Hospitality Ambassador (Host) to warmly greet guests, seat dining parties, and ensure a memorable first impression at every interaction. You will handle phone inquiries, take carryout orders, and bid guests farewell with genuine hospitality.

In this on-site role you’ll balance seating, monitor availability indoors and outdoors, manage the waitlist, assist with light bussing, and coordinate with servers and managers to maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

• Manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
• Assist in light bussing and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers.
• Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone.
