Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a courteous Host to welcome guests and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, handle reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements while upholding high standards of appearance and service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, enthusiastic about wine and hospitality, and able to multitask during busy shifts. This on-site role offers weekend/holiday availability and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates genuine love for hospitality and guest experience.
• Works well in fast-paced environments and multitasks.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with clear communication.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm from the first interaction.
• Answer guest calls professionally and hospitably.
• Set up and maintain the host area for smooth shift flow.
• Guide seating and manage table pacing to optimize guest experience.
• Coordinate with managers and servers to keep service flowing.
