Job summary

Lake Nona Wave Hotel is seeking a friendly, guest-focused server to join our restaurant team. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure a seamless dining experience with attentive service and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a high-demand restaurant environment.
• Previous experience delivering food and beverage service is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about service etiquette and guest engagement is required.

• Strong written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Willingness to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically greet guests entering the restaurant.
• Recommend and explain menu and beverage options to guests.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to build loyalty.
• Create warm, memorable experiences through your welcoming personality.
• Coordinate with kitchen regarding allergies and special requests.
• Multi-task with attention to detail and process payments.
• Stock server stations and assist bartenders as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
