Job summary

Sheetz Inc. is looking for a store supervisor to lead daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager in Harrisonburg, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, managing inventory, promotions, and service quality.

You will help recruit, train, and manage staff, oversee schedules, resolve customer issues, ensure compliance, and drive end-of-day procedures to protect profits and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in business-related field preferred.
• Certification testing as needed may be required.
• One year of supervisory experience in fast food/retail preferred.
• ServeSafe certification required or to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Profitably lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Manage customer experience to meet Hospitality/TCF standards across inventory, prep, promotion, production, service and sales.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, training, and performance management of employees.
• Assist in staff scheduling and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure policy compliance and timely end-of-day tasks, pricing and stocking.
• Monitor profits, shrink indicators, audits, vendors, and related operations.

Education
