Job summary

Sandy Cove Ministries seeks a Director of Hospitality to lead guest-facing operations and advance the ministry’s mission. This role oversees Food Services, Uncle Wilf’s Cafe, Housekeeping (including event services), and A/V Support to craft a seamless guest experience from reservation to departure.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in hospitality leadership, strong financial acumen, and a passion for Christ-centered hospitality, with a track record of building capable teams and improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple operational departments.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Experience in a Christian ministry context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership over guest-facing operations across Food Services, Cafe, Housekeeping, and A/V Support.
• Develop and implement a unified hospitality strategy aligned with ministry goals.
• Lead and mentor department leaders and build healthy teams.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and resource stewardship.
• Oversee budgeting and monitor financial performance and metrics.
• Foster Christ-centered leadership and ministry integration across hospitality functions.
