Job summary

Milestone Church's Haslet Campus is seeking a First Impressions Coordinator to lead hospitality teams and create a warm, organized welcome from arrival to departure. You will recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for Greeters, Hospitality, Ushers, and Parking teams, and manage onboarding in Planning Center Online (PCO) and Rock RMS to ensure consistent guest care.

Collaborate with campus staff to keep guest flow smooth and friendly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Align with Milestone Church vision and faith statement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest experience and campus hospitality across teams.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and support First Impressions volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer follow-up systems and coordinate with ministries.
• Communicate schedules and needs with volunteers and staff.
