Job summary

Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall is seeking a hands-on Utility Team Member to support indoor and outdoor spaces, assist with guest flow, and help with event setups. This fast-paced role is integral to keeping the Grove and restaurant spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for guests each week.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in varying weather conditions while supporting multiple departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, facilities, maintenance, landscaping, or custodial experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a great guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor dining areas.
• Assist with daily facility upkeep and general property maintenance.
• Open/close Grove maintenance and seasonal upkeep.
• Build and maintain outdoor fires safely during colder months.
