Qualifications

• 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans and budgets
• Oversee systems and reporting to drive fast, informed decisions
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and issue resolution
• Coach and motivate the hotel team for performance
