Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Food Service Operations Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will lead front‑of‑house operations, coordinate with the Food Service Operations Manager and General Manager, and ensure a high‑quality guest experience across all programs.

You will oversee staff training, safety compliance, and daily workflow, while helping manage budgets, forecasts, merchandising, and vendor relations to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Two years operations management experience, dependent on sales.
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certification.
• All education backgrounds eligible, must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Supports department financial forecasts and information flow; assists with merchandising and per cap improvements.
• Oversee staff training, onboarding, and adherence to safety policies; resolve guest issues promptly and maintain clean facilities.
• Manage day-to-day food service operations front of house and program support; ensure invoices and vendor payments are processed.
• Schedule staff in line with budget and forecast; ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
