Job summary

ERHG Restaurants in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily operations, lead front-of-house staff, coordinate with Reservations & Marketing, and partner with the GM/AGM to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will manage the host stand, assist the VIP Concierge, maintain OpenTable efficiency, ensure ServSafe and TABC compliance, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and staff development.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager certification required.
• TABC certification required.
• Experience leading front-of-house teams in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff setup and service flow.
• Coordinate with Chefs on menu changes and daily prep.
• Maintain OpenTable efficiency and accurate reporting.
