Job description

You are invited to join Forrest Solutions as a Floor Host. As the Floor Host you will support meetings, assist guests, and keep the office space running smoothly.

Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and meeting organizers with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain and monitor conference rooms, meeting spaces, and common areas
• Perform floor tours and help visitors reserve workspaces
• Coordinate AV, catering, and setup needs for events
• Report maintenance issues and reset rooms after meetings
• Provide a high level of client service in a fast‑paced, professional setting

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, fine dining, hotel, or customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Professional, reliable, and able to stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and great attention to detail
