White Lodging seeks a friendly Host to welcome guests and ensure a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and assign servers while maintaining a clean entryway and supporting a safe, collaborative work environment.

The role requires a sociable personality, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a high-volume setting. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and maintain a courteous, safe workplace.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and be an ambassador for the venue.
• Know menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer questions accurately.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and assign guests to tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete all necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
