Job summary

Accor is seeking an Accounting Generalist in Massachusetts to support the Assistant Director of Finance. The role spans Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Accounts Payable, and essential office duties, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires hotel finance experience and excellent Excel skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with a starting hourly rate of $32–34/hour.

Qualifications

• Hotel finance or front office experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills in a team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Opera/Opera Cloud PMS experience preferred.
• Multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Accounts Receivable activities and review group contracts.
• Process deposits, billing, and group invoices; liaise with sales managers.
• Prepare Daily Revenue Reporting and reconcile open accounts.
• Perform Accounts Payable duties including vendor file maintenance.
• Carry out Office Duties and support Month End Auditing.
