Job summary

The Juniper Preserve in Bend, Oregon, part of Troon, seeks a full-time Accountant to manage accounts receivable, assist with month-end close, and support the Controller in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 2–3 years of related experience, proficiency with Sage 100, Springer Miller, Jonas, and Concur, plus strong Excel and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Windows, Office and Google platforms.
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing.
• Experience in a complex resort/hospitality environment; Sage 100, Springer Miller, Jonas

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts receivable functions including HOA invoicing, membership billing, and collections.
• Oversees member billing, deposit reconciliations, and membership status adjustments.
• Ensures accurate interdepartmental coding and monthly AR aging reviews.
• Maintains Income Journal and coordinates with Night Audit on codes.
• Reconciles cash daily and supports month-end close activities.
• Cross-trains in AP and Income Audit as backup.
