Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• 1+ year of general building maintenance and repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete minor work orders: replace ceiling tiles, filters, bulbs, patches, paint, pipe repairs, etc.
• Ensure equipment is prepared and operational for the next day.
• Monitor and repair lighting, doors, HVAC controls, TVs, and other equipment for efficiency.
• Paint and finish furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain entrances, parking areas, and exterior grounds.
• Secure inventory and minimize waste, replenish supplies as needed.
• Respond to guest questions and assist with other duties.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
