Job summary

Caymas Owners Association in Naples, FL, seeks a Building Maintenance Manager who will oversee the facility’s systems and ensure reliable operations for guests and staff. You will perform inspections, schedule preventative maintenance, manage work orders, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to resolve issues efficiently.

A GED or high school diploma plus maintenance experience is required, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lodging inspections, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and safety devices.
• Performs routine building inspections on floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on equipment, HVAC, pools, and general facility systems.
• Performs scheduled maintenance tasks and documents work orders.
• Handles unscheduled maintenance and responds to emergencies to minimize damage.
• Communicates with Maintenance Manager and team to resolve issues.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
