Responsibilities

• Performs routine lodging inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
• Conducts routine building inspections of floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment including HVAC, pools, and general facility systems.
• Handles scheduled maintenance, assesses requests, allocates resources, and documents work orders.
• Responds to unscheduled maintenance and emergencies, identifies solutions, and secures needed resources.
• Collaborates with the Maintenance Manager to communicate issues and seek assistance when needed.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance and performs other duties as required.
