Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Hotel Maintenance Technician to keep our Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor property in peak condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests, and help maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel or facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• 1. Assist with preventative maintenance and routine repairs to uphold hotel standards.
• 2. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as room care and system checks.
• 3. Inspect electrical systems and make minor repairs as needed.
• 4. Repair or replace hotel equipment and fixtures including plumbing and HVAC components.
• 5. Service the pool and maintain chemical levels; log maintenance requests.
• 6. Maintain exterior areas and curb appeal; assist with snow removal and landscaping.
• 7. Refurbish and finish furniture in guest rooms as required.
• 8. Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• 9. Operate tools and machinery safely; handle extreme temperatures exposure.
• 10. Assist with attendance and shift coverage per schedule.
• 11. Support other maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned.
• 12. Ensure back-of-house areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
