Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Maintenance professional for Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor. Join a team at a historic 202-room boutique hotel near Inner Harbor, focused on luxury, comfort and urban adventure.

The role involves preventative maintenance, electrical checks, and repairs across hotel equipment, pool services, exterior upkeep, and fixture refurbishments to ensure top-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain the hotel and uphold quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis (e.g., room care).
• Assist in checking electrical systems (air conditioning controls, TVs, lighting) and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in routine repairs and major repairs of hotel equipment (appliances, kitchen, laundry, boilers, HVAC, plumbing).
• Service the hotel's pool, adjust chemicals, and log maintenance requests.
• Maintain building exterior and curb appeal (snow removal, lawn care, painting, gardening).
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms (cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows).
• Respond politely to guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction.
