Job summary

Legends & ASM Global at the AdventHealth Training Center in Tampa, FL seeks an organized administrative professional to support culinary and catering operations during training camp and events.

You will manage SOPs, BEOs, menus, scheduling, payroll docs, onboarding and vendor coordination, ensuring meals, events and hospitality run smoothly with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, culinary operations, catering, food & beverage, sports, or event management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; scheduling, inventory or event management software a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize SOPs, BEOs, menus, event packets, calendars, and department files.
• Assist with menu development, formatting, and preparation of BEOs and operational packets.
• Manage departmental correspondence, meeting agendas, and administrative projects.
• Coordinate purchasing requests, vendor communications, inventory records, and reporting on costs.
• Support scheduling, payroll documentation, onboarding, and training records.
• Coordinate event logistics and on-site operational support for catering and culinary functions.
