Job summary

LEGENDS & ASM GLOBAL is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Support teammate at the AdventHealth Training Center in Tampa. You will assist with receiving deliveries, stocking kitchens, and keeping areas clean and organized.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with lifting up to 50 pounds; forklift may be used if certified. Join a team focused on safety, teamwork, and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school degree.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds in weight (boxes).
• Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

Responsibilities

• Follows the Executive Chef’s or Front of the House Manager’s assignments for receiving and delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the Training Facility in a timely manner.
• Delivers stock to the kitchens, coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
• Shows flexibility in rotating assignments and helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.
• Report directly to the Executive Chef and/or Premium Manager Assist in receiving all F&B deliveries, checking proper temperature and product condition upon arrival
• Store products correctly using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
• Deliver stock to kitchens, coolers, freezers, and storage areas as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, coolers, freezers, and loading dock
• Assist with general housekeeping and cleaning throughout the culinary areas
• Inspect storage areas and coolers for deficiencies and take appropriate corrective action
• Assist with moving equipment as required
• Operate an electric jack
• May need to operate a forklift (if certified)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
