Campbell's Lodge Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking an Engineering Technician III to join our maintenance team and repair electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems while maintaining a cheerful, guest-focused attitude.

This full-time role requires a valid DC driver’s license, multi-tasking ability, and comfort with heights, ladders, and tools. Weekend shifts and seasonal hours may apply; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of industrial electro/mechanical maintenance experience.
• Valid Washington State driver's license.
• Knowledge of general electricity and plumbing standards with advance knowledge of refrigeration.
• Fully proficient with, and capable of operating power and hand tools.
• Standard plumbing experience 1 year minimum.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems as instructed by leadership while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Make necessary carpentry repairs as needed.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance problems to create a maintenance-free environment and reduce costs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical assets affecting operations.
• Operate onsite motorized lift and rental equipment as needed; inspect, calibrate and maintain equipment.
