Campbell’s Resort in Chelan, WA is hiring an experienced Engineering Technician III for year-round maintenance. The role requires interaction with guests and other departments to repair issues while maintaining a cheerful, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of general electricity and plumbing standards with advanced knowledge of refrigeration.
• Fully proficient with, and capable of operating power and hand tools.
• Standard plumbing experience 1 year minimum.
• Minimum of six (6) years of finish carpentry experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years' experience in industrial electro/mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, plumbing and electrical systems per leadership instructions while following safety standards.
• Perform carpentry repairs as needed to maintain facilities.
• Identify, troubleshoot and repair maintenance problems to reduce costs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and calibrations on mechanical and electrical assets impacting operations.
• Operate onsite lifts and rental equipment safely for inspections, calibrations and maintenance.
• Purchase repair items with supervisor approval.
• Assist with snow removal and de-icing as required during winter.
• Clean and service ice machines.
• Assist in safety inspections and fire suppression testing; report issues to management.
• Identify safety hazards and take corrective actions to mitigate risk.
• Complete tasks timely, with proper materials and tools.
• Work late shifts when scheduled and assist with room deliveries as needed.
• Store tools properly and maintain organization.
• Answer guests’ questions with knowledge of Campbell's services and Lake Chelan area.
• Maintain a neat uniform and professional appearance.
• Be a team player, offer help, and suggest service improvements.
