Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to ensure each unit and building stay in perfect working order. You’ll apply HVAC, electrical and plumbing skills to deliver high-quality guest experiences and support preventive maintenance across the property.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, brazing, PVC and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; prevent and troubleshoot possible electric hazards.
• Perform preventative maintenance of units, common areas and grounds; support preventive maintenance programs on HVAC and boilers.
