Hilton Tempo in Nashville is seeking a Driver - Laundry to transport linens and supplies between hotel facilities with safety and professionalism. The role also supports the laundry and housekeeping teams with timely pickups and deliveries.

Half of the shift is coded as a driver at $20/hour and the other half as a Laundry Attendant at $18/hour. Benefits include employee meals, annual raises, parking and room discounts, health insurance, 401k, and more.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior driving, delivery, or transportation experience preferred.
• Hospitality or laundry operations experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to follow routes, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and load/unload items throughout the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport linens, laundry, and supplies between hotel properties or laundry facilities.
• Load and unload laundry carts, bags, and supplies efficiently and carefully.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs.
• Assist laundry and housekeeping teams with handling and organizing linen as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage logs.
• Follow all company, brand, and safety guidelines, including lifting procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous interactions with staff and vendors.
• Ensure secure and proper handling of all items during transport.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
