Job summary

Hilton Tempo Nashville, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality, is seeking a Driver-Laundry to support Housekeeping by transporting linens and supplies between hotel facilities. This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and strong time management.

You will load and unload carts, keep the vehicle clean, assist with linen handling, and maintain accurate delivery logs while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior driving, delivery, or transportation experience preferred.
• Hospitality or laundry operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport linens, laundry, and supplies between locations.
• Load and unload laundry carts, bags, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Assist laundry and housekeeping teams with linen handling and organization.
• Maintain records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage.
• Follow company, brand, and safety guidelines, including lifting procedures.
• Provide professional interactions with staff and vendors.
• Ensure secure handling of items during transport.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Prior driving, delivery, or transportation experience preferred. Hospitality or laundry operations experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.

Strong time management and organizational skills.
