Insomnia Cookies in Harlem, NYC, is seeking a hospitality-focused manager to lead a diverse, part-time hourly team with mentorship and rapid growth opportunities. You’ll drive top-notch service, maintain store standards, and contribute to local marketing efforts.

You will manage inventory, coach staff, and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bakery + delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu-Sun.
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
• Innate hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and ATS usage.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, staff friendliness, store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
