Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts Thu–Sun.
• Benevolent leadership with a coach-like mindset for day-to-day management.
• Innate hospitality mindset and guest service focus.
• Proficiency with store software including Outlook, Excel, Teams; ATS experience.

Aufgaben

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence in cookie quality and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs.
