Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff (Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, Delivery Drivers).
• Lead service components including food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness through the team.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service, and sales growth.
