Job summary

Gin & Luck is seeking a Bartender in Los Angeles to serve curated beverages and assist in all front-of-house duties. You will greet guests, maintain beverage knowledge, and uphold our core standards and ABK values.

Roles include bar setup, taking orders, and promoting a safe, clean dining environment. Compensation includes $17/hr plus a share of the full-house tip pool, with pre-tax transit benefits and medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending with knowledge of house cocktails and ingredients.
• Ability to manage bar setup, stock, and cleanliness to standard.
• Capable of handling guests, taking orders, and following safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Arrive prepared for shift with positive attitude.
• Know sections and maintain mise en place.
• Mix and serve cocktails and beverages per standards.
• Check IDs for 21+ and monitor intoxication levels.
• Maintain a clean bar, assist FOH, and support teammates.
• Report guest issues and uphold company values.
• Promote a safe, sanitary bar environment.
