Swickard Auto Group is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join our Anchorage & Mat-Su Valley teams. No automotive experience required; we hire for hospitality, relationship-building, and a guest-first mindset, training you to sell luxury brands with confidence.

You’ll engage guests, present our brands, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with finance to deliver a transparent, high-integrity buying experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles is valued but not required.
• Strong communication and follow-through are essential.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity to identify needs.
• Guide guests through the lineup and relate brands to buyers.
• Present vehicles and facilitate test drives to create memorable experiences.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline with consistent follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
