Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with bar programs, inventory management, and ordering systems.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in a fast-paced, service-driven restaurant.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to execute daily operations.
• Train, support, and motivate the FOH team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace for staff and guests.
• Foster strong working relationships across FOH and BOH teams.
• Assist in bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
