Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume full-service setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with bar programs, inventory management and ordering systems.
• A genuine love of hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in a fast-paced service-driven restaurant.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to execute daily operations.
• Train, support and motivate the FOH team to deliver warm attentive hospitality.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant workplace for staff and guests.
• Foster strong working relationships across FOH and BOH teams.
• Assist in bar operations including inventory, ordering and cost controls.
