Job summary

The Parking Concierge at Towne Park in Charlottesville, VA is responsible for greeting self-parking guests, guiding them, and providing excellent service while helping with directions and facility information. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• General knowledge of parking garage policies.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly guest service.
• Assist guests with directions and use of self-parking equipment.
• Collect and reconcile revenue, issue receipts, and balance cash.
• Operate cash registers, gates, and payment terminals and maintain records.
• Follow standard operating procedures for cash handling and shift reporting.
