Urban Genesis is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to run our multifamily property like a business with a hospitality mindset. You will lead the on-site team, know residents, anticipate needs, and ensure every interaction is personal, responsive, and professional.

You will own leasing momentum, budget performance, NOI, and occupancy while delivering a concierge resident experience from tour to move-out. A strong culture of service, teamwork, and Fair Housing compliance is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of on-site multifamily property management leading a team.
• Demonstrated ability to coach people and build a service-oriented culture.
• Working knowledge of budgets, financial statements, leasing, marketing, renewals, delinquency, collections, and expense control.
• Fair Housing knowledge and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing on-site team across leasing, administration, and maintenance.
• Set clear expectations, establish routines, recognize performance, and address gaps promptly.
• Lead from the front with teamwork, urgency, accountability, and genuine care for residents.
• Own the resident journey from first tour through move-out, including move-in readiness and renewals.
• Resolve concerns promptly with thoughtful service recovery and Fair Housing compliance.
• Own operating performance: budget, NOI, occupancy, rent growth, renewals, delinquency, and expenses.
• Provide regular performance updates to Regional leadership and ownership.
• Walk the property for safety and readiness; prioritize maintenance and capital needs.
