Tyme Maidu Tribe in Oroville, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the front-end team in a high-energy hospitality environment. You will mentor staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive performance while maintaining daily financial accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, training abilities, and a passion for hospitality. Weekend availability is required in this role within a casino setting, with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year in F&B leadership and 3+ years in varied F&B roles including Cashier/Server/Busser
• Casino experience is a plus

Mansioni

• Greet and seat patrons; supervise front-end team
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH for guest experience
• Promote hospitality culture across the venue
• Monitor payment accuracy, especially for Tier Resort Benefit Card holders
• Operate POS system accurately
• Assist with inventory requisitions and par management
• Ensure food service health safety regulations are followed
• Oversee onboarding, training and development of staff
• Evaluate staff performance and address complaints
• Oversee daily financial reporting and reconciliation
