Qualifications

• Casino experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat patrons; supervise front-end team
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH for guest experience
• Promote hospitality culture across the venue
• Monitor payment accuracy, especially for Tier Resort Benefit Card holders
• Operate POS system accurately
• Assist with inventory requisitions and par management
• Ensure food service health safety regulations are followed
• Oversee onboarding, training and development of staff
• Evaluate staff performance and address complaints
• Oversee daily financial reporting and reconciliation
