Job summary

Bishop Paiute Tribe’s Wanaaha Casino is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations on assigned shifts at Bishop, CA. You will coach Food & Beverage Team Members, manage staffing according to forecasted business, and ensure prompt, professional guest service while enforcing all policies and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of two years in restaurant management, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license; a food handlers course and alcohol server

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience of Restaurant Management.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Must complete Food Handlers course within 30 days.
• Must obtain Alcohol Server’s License within 30 days.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage/Hospitality industries.
• Leadership to supervise and train staff.
• Proficiency with Micros and Agilysys or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Delegate and assign duties to Food & Beverage Team Members daily.
• Ensure guests are served promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Assist in staffing according to budgetary goals and business volume.
• Enforce policies and procedures; train staff on changes.
• Interact with guests to ensure service and food quality meet expectations.
• Adjust staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Provide guidance, training, recognition, and feedback to team members.
• Maintain positive attitude and morale among the team.
• Inspect assigned areas to monitor staff performance and guest needs.
• Support management with administrative responsibilities.
• Supervise floor activities and breaks.
• Communicate promotions and events to team members.
• Gather guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Attend training and seminars; perform other duties.
