Tyme Maidu Tribe seeks a Director of Gaming Operations to oversee the Slot and Table Games Department in the Oroville casino. You will manage daily operations, enforce policy compliance, and drive department goals in alignment with casino objectives.

You will supervise staff, coordinate game moves, and ensure adherence to tribal, state, and federal gaming regulations. Strong leadership and analytical skills are required to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing casino gaming operations, including Slot and Table Games.
• Strong knowledge of tribal and federal gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and administers department policies and activities for the Slot and Table Games Department.
• Oversees financial activities to ensure compliance with laws and controls.
• Reviews staffing, hires, transfers, and trains personnel; maintains appropriate staffing levels.
• Coordinates operations with Video and Network teams for machine moves and maintenance.
• Ensures adherence to Tribal and federal laws, Gaming Commission regulations, and internal controls.
