Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demolition & Site Preparation: Perform physical labor to assist with interior demolition and site prep.
• Safety & Professionalism: Follow and uphold all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Team Support & Accountability: Collaborate with other trades and field teams to keep projects running smoothly.
