Job summary

Brandenburg Industrial SVC CO is seeking a General Laborer to support construction and demolition projects across multiple states. The role involves handling tools and materials, adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards, and performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in field-based work; prior construction/demolition experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 1 year field based experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols.
• Experience with construction/demolition environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate power tools including oxy-fuel torch, breaker, drill and demolition saw.
• Understand hygiene principles including lead intoxication, asbestosis & silicosis prevention.
• Move materials by carrying, shoveling, pushing or throwing.
• Perform safety sensitive tasks.
• Work with hazardous materials.
• Work productively in varying weather conditions.
• Perform strenuous work in full PPE throughout shift.
• Walk on uneven surfaces; sometimes use stairs and ladders.
• Follow Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies.
• Maintain regular and predictable performance.
