Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Laborers and Skilled Laborers to join our demolition team. This role involves assisting with the safe and efficient dismantling and removal of structures, materials, and debris from demolition sites. Ideal candidates will have prior construction or demolition experience, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical labor tasks such as loading/unloading materials, breaking down structures, and cleaning up debris.
  • Use hand tools (sledgehammers, saws etc..) and power tools (jackhammers, grinders, drills) to perform demolition work.
  • Safely operate equipment such as skid steers and aerial lifts (if certified).
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project plans and timelines.
  • Erect and disassemble temporary structures such as scaffolding and containment systems.
  • Sort and separate materials for recycling or proper disposal.
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Assist in hazard identification and implement proper safety measures.
  • Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
  • Support heavy equipment operators and skilled tradespeople as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in demolition, construction, or a related labor-intensive field preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work on your feet for extended periods, and tolerate outdoor working conditions.

Preferred Skills (for Skilled Laborer):

  • Basic carpentry, masonry, or concrete breaking experience is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed outdoors and indoors in varying weather and environmental conditions.
  • Exposure to dust, debris, and noise is expected.
  • Physical demands include heavy lifting, bending, standing, climbing, and repetitive motions
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
