Job summary

Goldenrod Companies seeks a seasoned Community Manager to launch and lead the resident and tenant experience for a premier mixed-use development in downtown Atlanta. You will guide the project from pre-opening through lease-up and ongoing operations, serving as the on-site face of a luxury, multi-use property.

The role requires managing luxury high-rise/mixed-use communities with strong new-construction lease-up experience, and delivering hospitality-driven service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury high-rise, Class A multifamily, or mixed-use communities.
• Strong experience with new construction lease-up and stabilization.
• Hospitality/concierge mindset with a passion for exceptional service.
• Experience leading leasing, concierge, or resident services teams.
• Polished, professional, highly relationship-oriented.
• Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the development for opening, occupancy, and lease-up.
• Create an hospitality-driven resident/tenant experience.
• Build relationships with residents, retailers, local businesses, and partners.
• Lead community events, activations, and resident engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leasing, facilities, vendors, and ownership.
• Support move-ins, onboarding, and launch activities.
• Eventually build and lead the on-site community experience team.
