Job summary

Goldenrod Companies is seeking a high-energy Leasing Associate to join our new 514-unit Atlanta community. You will lead tours, guide prospects through leasing, applications, and move-in, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

This role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and experience with property management software. Weekend/evening availability may be required to support the lease-up and community marketing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leasing, multifamily, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Prior multifamily lease-up experience is required; luxury multifamily experience is a plus.
• A sales-driven, relationship-oriented professional with strong communication and follow-through.
• Experience with property management software, CRM systems, and social media marketing preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing, application, and move-in process.
• Respond to inquiries across phone, email, text, website, and social media platforms.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents to drive occupancy, renewals, and referrals.
• Support lease-up marketing through outreach, networking, events, local partnerships, and social media.
• Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and availability.
• Partner with the maintenance and property teams to deliver a seamless resident experience.
• Prepare leases, addendums, and move-in documents while maintaining accurate records and lead follow-up.
