Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven service and build trusted relationships with clients at the branch. You will educate customers on banking products, assist with everyday transactions, and leverage digital tools to enhance the client experience.

In this role, you will help open and service accounts, manage lobby flow, and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and service existing accounts following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and referencing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank procedures.
