Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver trusted guidance and hospitality at our branch, focusing on welcoming service and digital solutions for clients. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and connect them with Chase digital tools to help reach their financial goals.

You will build lasting client relationships through attentive listening, clear communication, and teamwork, while adhering to policy and using the latest banking technology to support clients wherever they are.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to exceed client expectations with attentive service.
• Strong communication and empathy to understand client needs.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital channels (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, per bank policies.
