• Assist Marketing with digital calendar, CRM/social copy, assets, and realtime needs.
• Collaborate with graphic design for branding materials and campaigns.
• Project manage event and campaign timelines.
• Support storytelling by gathering content for newsletters, social media and website.
• Assist content development, drafting and ideation for campaigns.
• Coordinate with external partners on deliverables and deadlines.
• Brainstorm new partnerships and media opportunities.
• Take meeting notes with summaries and action items.
• Organize photo and video assets in Google Drive; edit photos for social use.
