The role collaborates with designers to produce branding materials, coordinate campaigns, and manage timelines. Strong written and verbal English, organization, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing team with digital calendar, CRM / social copy, assets, and realtime needs.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer and manage branding materials, promotional items for campaigns.
• Project manage event and campaign timelines.
• Support content for newsletters, social media and the website.
• Follow-up with external partners on deliverables and deadlines.
• Take notes in meetings with summaries and action items for the team.
• Organize photo, PR clips, video assets in Google Drive.
• Edit photos for social use.
