Job summary

The Hardy Group seeks a Senior Project Executive to lead hospitality development efforts from regional offices, serving as the client-facing executive and internal standard-bearer. The role oversees the full lifecycle of projects, driving performance, business development, and operational excellence across the firm.

Candidates will bring 15+ years in architecture, development, or construction within hospitality, and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in hospitality architecture, development, and/or construction.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase hospitality development projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain executive-level client relationships.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and growing high-performance project teams.
• Willingness to travel and operate at an executive level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted partner for long-term engagement.
• Represent HARDY at the executive level, upholding company values and standards.
• Participate in the Operations Committee and contribute to firm-wide policy development.
• Develop new business and introduce HARDY to prospective clients within the regional market.
• Oversee full lifecycle of hospitality development projects from site through construction.
